Leonard Street

Linking City Road to Great Eastern Street, Leonard Street is at the northern end of the two, close to Old Street Roundabout. Dominated by a large number of warehouse conversions, the street provides a mixture of work spaces and trendy East London hangouts. At one end, the hugely popular Book Club stands as one of Shoreditch’s most popular bars. At the other, OZone provides Tech City with an invaluable shot of quality caffeine.

Availability on Leonard Street varies, and on occasion you can find a freehold or two changing hands. The diverse range of work space also means a certain amount of movement in the office market, as companies grow out of spaces and relocate.
